Intelligent search · planned

Say what you need. YamoZone helps make it precise.

The future search will combine text, voice and AI to turn a natural request into useful criteria, then query only products and services available in the YamoZone catalogue.

Hello! Tell me what you are looking for. I will ask a few questions to understand your need.

A control layer before products are promoted

A product-verification API is planned to cross-check listing information and trigger human review when risk or inconsistency warrants it.

  • Seller identity and status
  • Consistency of title, images and specifications
  • Allowed category and risk signals
  • Traceable checks and human review

AI will assist search; it will not replace seller information, safety controls or the user’s final decision.

For buyers

More choice. Less uncertainty.

A mobile experience to compare, book and follow each step without presenting features still in development as available.

  • Search and filters by category, price and zone
  • Favourites and visual comparison
  • Cart, booking and history
  • Order stages and assistance
  • Receipt confirmation, reviews and support
  • Push and fallback SMS notifications planned

FAQ

Your questions, our honest answers.

View FAQ page
01When will YamoZone be available?

The launch is scheduled for February 1, 2027, followed by a progressive opening. Join the waitlist for beta information and updates on the areas actually available.

02Which cities will be covered?

Douala and Yaoundé are being considered as the first areas, but exact coverage will be confirmed before opening. An address, reachable phone number and landmark may be requested depending on the area.

03Can I order from abroad for someone in Cameroon?

That journey is planned. The payer may be abroad while the recipient and delivery address are in Cameroon, subject to the payment methods and areas available at launch.

04Which payment methods will be offered?

Mobile Money and cards are planned. Supported operators and cards, fees and limits will be shown before payment once confirmed.

05What if my neighbourhood has no precise street address?

The planned journey combines neighbourhood, a known landmark, phone number, GPS position when authorised and delivery notes. The driver will need to confirm the details before handover.

06How will I recognise a verified seller or driver?

A visible status is planned after the necessary information and documents have been reviewed. It will not replace your own caution and may be withdrawn if new risks emerge.

07How will returns and disputes work?

A process covering the reason, photos or other evidence, the seller’s response and a support review is planned. Time limits and eligible categories will be published before the first transactions.

08Are voice and AI search available already?

A bilingual demonstration is available on this site. The transactional version must be connected to the real catalogue and a secure API before launch; it must never invent a product, price or stock level.
